right to retract
1. Scope
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration. You can find your order number on our website “My Account – Orders”, you can send us an email or call us to inform us of your refund decision. If you make use of this possibility, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) an acknowledgment of receipt of such a revocation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, you simply need to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will take care of all payments. For reimbursement, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the termination of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You are only responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
