Payment and Shipping Terms
1. Payment methods
PayPal
You can pay for your goods quickly and easily via PayPal. Simply select the PayPal payment method during the ordering process. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to complete the order process and can make payment there directly.
Credit card
You can select this payment method during the ordering process and make payment quickly and securely after your order. Your credit card details will not be stored by us.
If the items you selected are in stock, we will ship your goods immediately.
Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order.
2. Shipping costs
The delivery cost will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address once you enter your postal code.
3. Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (France) within 2 to 5 working days, for deliveries abroad (in Europe) within 6 to 13 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
